Hi, I'm Amy Chambers, Owner & Founder of Community Horse Power.
I didn't grow up in the horse industry. My horse journey began in 2015 with a simple love for horses and a desire to learn. What started as curiosity quickly grew into a passion for horsemanship, helping people, and creating meaningful connections between horses and humans.
Over the years, horses have taught me lessons that reach far beyond riding. They've taught me patience when things don't go as planned, humility when I thought I had all the answers, and confidence when I needed it most. They've taught me that trust is earned, communication is more than words, and progress comes one step at a time.
The more I learned, the more I realized something important:
This work isn't just about horses.
It's about people.
It's about helping a child discover confidence. It's about giving adults a place to learn without judgment. It's about creating an environment where horse lovers of all ages can grow, ask questions, make mistakes, and celebrate progress together.
That's why I created Community Horse Power.
Community Horse Power was built on the belief that horses have the power to change lives. Through horsemanship, we learn responsibility, patience, leadership, kindness, resilience, and respect—not only for our horses, but for ourselves and each other.

Vision
To create a welcoming community where people and horses can learn, grow and thrive together—one that values safety, kindness, lifelong learning, and a genuine love for horses.
Whether you're meeting a horse for the very first time, returning to horses after years away, or continuing a lifelong journey, my hope is that you'll find encouragement, knowledge, friendship, and a sense of belonging here.
Because at the end of the day, Community Horse Power isn't just about creating better riders.
It's about helping people grow through horses and building a community that supports one another along the way.
Keep on going.
